when a licensed individual is transferred or leaves a particular retail
center location or when unlicensed new retail centers are established.

Insurance sales penetration will increase when outsourced to
Mortgage Companion,Inc. Our national closing ratio is 30% of loan
volume at point of sale.

Retail salesmen and managers may concentrate solely on
mortgages and home sales.

Lending Institutions may continue to offer Mortgage life and
disability products that are compliant to the predatory lending
regulations and laws, and can now offer a product through Mortgage
Companion,Inc. that is value added service to its customers.

Immediate Impact

Locations currently prohibited from selling insurance would
immediately benefit from the implementation of this program where there
is at least one licensed individual who has a nonresidents
license in the states your company is doing business in.

Follow-up

Mortgage Companion,Inc. will provide management with detailed
reports indicating the premium production generated by each individual
retail center.
